For the first time ever in the Bangla entertainment space, Zee Bangla took an initiative for the launch of Subarnalata by taking out a procession on the road led by 60 women from different walks of life all across Kolkata agitating and shouting slogans on women rights for girl child education, against child marriage, biased behavioral pattern with the girl child etc in connect with the story line of Subarnalata.
